1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CardSnipers (cardsnipers.com, the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

CardSnipers is a deal aggregation and price tracking platform for trading card games (TCGs) including Pokémon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering, and others. We monitor prices across multiple retailers and marketplaces to help users find deals and track product availability.

CardSnipers does not sell trading cards or any products directly. We provide links to third-party retailers and marketplaces where purchases can be made.

3. Affiliate Disclosure

CardSnipers earns revenue through affiliate partnerships. When you click a link on our Site and make a purchase from a third-party retailer, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This is how we keep the Site free for users.

We are participants in affiliate programs including but not limited to:

  • Amazon Associates Program
  • eBay Partner Network
  • TCGPlayer Affiliate Program
  • Walmart Affiliate Program (via Impact)
  • Target Affiliate Program (via Impact)

4. User Accounts

Some features require creating an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User-Submitted Content

Users may submit deals, comments, and other content to the Site ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you:

  • Grant CardSnipers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your User Content on the Site
  • Represent that your User Content does not infringe on any third-party rights
  • Acknowledge that we may modify or remove User Content at our discretion

You are solely responsible for your User Content. Do not submit content that is:

  • False, misleading, or fraudulent
  • Illegal, harmful, or offensive
  • Spam, advertising, or solicitation
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights

6. Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate deal and pricing information, but we cannot guarantee that all information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current. Prices, availability, and deal terms can change rapidly and without notice.

Always verify the price and availability directly with the retailer before making a purchase. CardSnipers is not responsible for pricing errors, out-of-stock items, or deals that have expired.

7. Premium Subscriptions

CardSnipers may offer premium subscription plans with enhanced features. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the stated subscription fee on a recurring basis
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the next billing period
  • Our refund policy as stated at the time of purchase

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our written permission
  • Attempt to manipulate deal votes, ratings, or engagement metrics
  • Circumvent any security features or access controls
  • Use the Site for any illegal purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure
  • Impersonate other users or CardSnipers staff
  • Harvest or collect user data without consent

9. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by CardSnipers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Trading card game names, logos, and related imagery (Pokémon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners. CardSnipers is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any TCG manufacturer.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site contains links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for:

  • The content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites
  • Products purchased through third-party retailers
  • Any damage or loss resulting from your use of third-party services

Your interactions with third-party retailers are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARDSNIPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to CardSnipers (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CardSnipers and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
